A proud moment for the Khoja community as US-based Qur’anic Muballigh receives a letter of appreciation from the President of Tanzania for gifting Her Excellency a copy of the Holy Qur’an.
Murabbi Aun Ali bhai Khalfan
Murabbi Aun Ali bhai Khalfan gifted a copy of the Holy Qur’an to Her Excellency President Samia Suluhu Hassan through his US-based organisation, Tahrike Tarsile Qur’an in June 2021.
In response to his gift, he received a letter of acknowledgement and appreciation from Her Excellency in the first week of August. The letter was hand-delivered to Alhaj Aun Ali bhai’s house in Long Island, New York, by Her Excellency’s Ambassador Kennedy Gastorn, Permanent Representative of Tanzania to the United Nations, New York.
The letter by Her Excellency acknowledges the Holy Qur’an that she received from Tahrike Tarsile Qur’an and appreciates his gesture. She also commended the organisation’s devotion to Allah (swt) and His Prophet (peace be upon him) by undertaking the mission of preservation and publication of the Holy Qur’an in different languages and spreading it throughout the world.
Her Excellency also highlighted the importance of unicity in diversity, making it possible for different religions to coexist peacefully. She appreciated that Alhaj Aun Ali bhai was actively promoting this too. Towards the end of the letter, she prayed to Allah (swt) to abundantly bless Aun Ali bhai for carrying out the divine mission (of preservation and publication of the Holy Qur’an).
New Milestone
Murabbi Aun Ali bhai Khalfan has dedicated his whole life in spreading the message of the Holy Qur’an. His mission has reached another milestone, as this is tableegh in its purest form – the reciprocation of which comes through Him (s.w.t.) alone.
About Tahrike Tarsile Qur’an
Tahrike Tarsile Qur’an is a US-based organisation that has been publishing and distributing Holy Qur’ans, Islamic materials, particularly books, to centres and individuals all around the world. They have published the Holy Qur’an in over 50 versions, each set apart from the rest by its language, translator, style of print, and other distinguishing characteristics. They have also donated/gifted the Holy Qur’an to prisons, Islamic institutions, and government officials to educate and enlighten people about Islamic ideology and practices.
