Eid ul Fitr marks the end of the holy month of Ramadhan and brings with it joy, compassion and celebrations for Muslims all over the world. The Africa Federation intends to celebrate this joyous and blessed occasion with the young people of our community through the Eid Competition.

Themes:

The Eid Competition this year aims to highlight three themes that are currently essential not only for the Muslim Ummah but for the world at large. These themes are:

  1. Living a Healthy Lifestyle – following Islamic teachings, and the Holy Qur’an.
  2. Message of Unity & Peace (both within the community and globally)
  3. Protecting & Conserving the Environment.

For each of the categories below, participants should select one of the themes and highlight aspects related to it  – Why is that theme important? How can it be achieved and maintained? What can we do as Muslims to promote the selected theme? Symbols & images that remind us of the themes etc.
