The World Federation is delighted to announce a live Masterclass webinar on ‘The Steps to Career Success’ in collaboration with Br Hussain Premjee to provide guidance and support to our community’s youth embarking upon their career decisions (open to ages 18-25) and undergraduates.

The Education Department at The World Federation understands the challenges faced by young graduates while selecting a career option and navigating to their dream job. To provide crucial guidance and to make this process easier, TWF has teamed up with Br Hussain Premjee and organised a live masterclass webinar on ‘The Steps to Career Success’ which will give these young individuals a boost to their confidence to be able to get noticed, apply and most importantly get hired!
What will the participants learn about?
The Masterclass is scheduled for a one-hour session, where the participants will learn about the following points:
- Developing your career
- Tips on marketing yourself to potential employers
- Improving your CV
- Interview techniques
Who is the Instructor?
Br Hussain Premjee will be instructing the Masterclass. He has twenty years of experience working with various asset classes and manages his own business in the UK. He has a BA in Political Science from Duke University in North Carolina, and an MBA from the University of Oxford. His first job was in the investment banking sector, where he worked in New York and London. During this time, he was involved in recruitment for the firm’s competitive graduate training programme. Over the years, he has also provided career coaching and CV consultancy to new graduates and experienced professionals.
Eligibility and Registration
The Masterclass is scheduled to be held on Sunday 14th February 2021 at 11:00 GMT, and the deadline for registrations is Thursday 11th February 23:59 GMT.
Individuals between 18-25 years of age can register for the Masterclass here. Since the seats are limited, it will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. If your application is successful, you will need to secure your place by making a payment of £10. It is essential to mention here that all the proceeds for this Masterclass will be directly donated to the WF’s Ramadan Relief Fund (RRF) 2021.
