The Khoja Community in Dubai recently witnessed a proud moment, as Dubai based business woman, Sukaina Parpia, founder and CEO of SPAR UAE, has been chosen as one of Asia’s 100 Women Leaders 2023 and awarded as a “Rising Leader” for being a visionary businesswoman with goals that go beyond economic success.
Who is Sukaina Parpia?
Sukaina Parpia’s journey from a visionary entrepreneur to a distinguished leader has left an indelible mark on the Asian business landscape ever since entering Dubai in 1991. Her unwavering determination, utmost drive, and commitment to gender equality has rightfully positioned her as a role model for aspiring women leaders across the region in a country where she was able to reach her potential. Sukaina Parpia founded the business, which is based on an original idea that simplifies the purchasing process for electric cars for those who are early adopters of cutting-edge technology. She founded SPAR in 2020, embracing the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s goal for sustainability, which calls for Dubai to have net-zero emissions. SPAR is an auto accessories retailer that specialises in Tesla Accessories and is the largest distributor of Tesla products in the Middle East. Sukaina says that ‘my interest in Tesla has grown increasingly over the years, and thus my success in this field was inevitable.’
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Sukaina Parpia has exemplified the essence of social responsibility. She gives back to society and communities in many ways, such as hosting global events and working in a community school.
With her entrepreneurial drive and a desire to make a significant difference in the business environment, Parpia started her rise to the summit of leadership. She set out to build her own empire since she had a thorough grasp of emerging markets. Parpia developed her start-up into a successful worldwide organisation with her excellent business sense and vision, creating job opportunities and promoting economic progress across Asia. She plans to continue growing her company in the UAE with the money she reinvests from her sizable portfolio, taking advantage of her first-mover advantage in the market and profiting from Dubai’s explosive growth as a major international real estate hub.
