Haider Virjee has much to be proud about after receiving his GCSE results: five 9 grades (the equivalent of A**) and five A*s.
His incredible results came in Maths, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, French Geography, PE, Latin, English Literature and English Language.
And Haider is not only an academic high-flyer. He is a keen sportsman, excelling at cricket and football too.
Sharing the credit
A pupil at Merchant Taylor’s School in Northwood, London, he deserves huge praise for his immense hard work and is thrilled to have reaped the results.
But also made sure to share the credit, saying: “I will never forget the endless support from my parents and teachers, whom I cannot thank enough.”
